Outplacement is a customized consultancy and support service, offered individually or in groups, by a team of human resources and recruitment experts.

When an executive leaves a company, the company typically suggests outplacement firms. However, executives may also propose a list of outplacement firms that meet their specific criteria.

  • Service: Does the program include interactions, meeting frequency, and tools that align with the professional project?
  • Coaches: Are the coaches certified? Is it possible to choose your coach?
  • Duration: Is the firm flexible with the duration of the service? Will they provide support until the candidate secures another job?
